We currently provide Nationwide Remote Support as well as On-site Support to the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We hope to expand our On-site options on a Nationwide level in the near future. We offer support to the following: Residential and Business.

Residential
For the home user we offer a variety of options to repair your PC. While we recommend a monthly subscription plan (Big Bytes), we are aware that some users cannot afford the monthly fees. In that case we offer more affordable pre-packaged services, where you pay a flat-rate for a specific issue or you can purchase support by the minute (Lil’ Bytes). Please contact us before purchasing any services.

Big Bytes offer you Unlimited Remote Support*. When you purchase one of our monthly support plans you will be charged a $79.95 account setup fee. This fee includes a complete PC Tune-up (a $119.95 value!) and setup of your internet-based File Backup and Restore software (a $49.95 value!).

Business
For the local businesses we offer three monthly plan options.

Our most complete package will ensure PC and Server optimization and includes:

Weekly

• Perform and verify all data back-ups

• Perform virus scans

  Once monthly

• Perform updates and install patches to all servers and workstations

• Perform updates for Anti-virus / Anti-spyware software

You also receive an additional 4 hours per month for emergency or break-fix operations. Basically everything you need to keep your network running in the most efficient manner! Contact us for pricing.

We are also proud to offer two new service plans! Save up to $50 per hour with our new minimum per-hour plans. You choose how much you would like to pay per hour and that is your rate. There are no set services in these plans. You will be billed a minimum number of hours per month, depending on the package your request. An On-site technician will be at your office for the required amount of time, per month, to resolve any issues you may have or perform maintenance, as needed. Any work performed beyond your allotted time will be billed at your package rate.

3 hour minimum at $90 per hour ($270 monthly)
4 hour minimum at $75 per hour ($300 monthly)
